# AI Model Training Disclosures

* Data Processed: If you explicitly opt in, AutoCura may process your de-identified or pseudonymized vehicle data, photos, and AI interaction logs (such as prompts, questions, messages, uploaded files, and feedback).
* Purpose & Scope: This data is used exclusively to train, test, and improve AutoCura's proprietary AI systems, including internal diagnostic models and recommendation engines.
* Protection from Third-Party Training: We strictly prohibit our third-party AI processing partners (e.g., OpenAI) from using your personal information or interaction data to train their own foundational models.
* De-identification Safeguards: All personal information undergoes preprocessing before use. Direct identifiers—including name, email address, phone number, account ID, device ID, vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle plate number, and government-issued IDs—are permanently removed, hashed, or replaced with pseudonyms. Data identified as belonging to children under 14 or containing defined sensitive personal information is excluded from training datasets.
* Retention: Pseudonymized information for AI training is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, or until the model training cycle is complete and the dataset is no longer needed for retraining, whichever is later.
* Voluntary Participation & Withdrawal: AI training participation is completely voluntary, and refusal to consent will not affect your access to core services or basic AI diagnostic features. You may withdraw your consent at any time by toggling off the "Improve AutoCura AI" switch located in the bottom-left corner of the AI chat interface, or by emailing <privacy@autocura.network>. Upon withdrawal, your future data will no longer be collected for training purposes.
